By the end of this course, you will understand the causes and impacts of mental health stigma and discrimination and feel empowered to take action and address this issue. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate as a record of your studies.

This course is suitable for any individual seeking to explore the concepts of stigma and discrimination. This course is suitable for all learning levels.

 

Duration: 1 – 1.5 hours

This is a self-paced e-learning course, where you are encouraged to work through the content in any timeframe that suites you. All activities are optional, and you may choose to skip content at any point. If you choose to engage in all course content, our e-hub learners have given us feedback that this course can take anywhere between 60 minutes to 90 minutes to complete.
